BHV Alarmering.

Delivered a scalable Webflow website that equipped marketing to create and manage 25+ pages without developer support.

1. Intro / Context

BHV Alarmering needed a modern, conversion-focused website built in Webflow that would support both marketing growth and operational clarity.
The goal was not just to redesign the website visually, but to create a structured, scalable foundation that would allow their team to manage content independently, create new pages efficiently, and maintain consistency across the site over time.
This project combined strategic design, Webflow development, CMS architecture, reusable components, SEO setup, and internal documentation.

2. Challenge

The core challenge was to redesign and rebuild the website while creating a system that would scale beyond the initial launch. BHV Alarmering already had a defined sitemap and structure, so the task focused on translating that structure into a clean, modern, and modular Webflow build.
The website needed to:
Clearly communicate services and product offerings
Support marketing growth with new landing pages
Maintain SEO value during migration
Be manageable internally without constant developer support
In short, this was not a “design-only” task – it required building a long-term marketing infrastructure inside Webflow.

3. Approach

Alignment & Scope Definition

The sitemap was already defined by the client in Relume, so we aligned on the number of static pages and reusable components that needed to be designed and developed. From the beginning, the project was structured around scalability – not just delivering individual pages.

Design & Visual Direction

I explored three design concepts before finalizing the visual direction. This ensured we aligned on tone, hierarchy, and brand perception early in the process.
From there, I designed 13 individual pages, each carefully structured using reusable sections. While every page had its own layout and purpose, the design system ensured consistency across typography, spacing, components, and visual hierarchy.
The result was a modern, clear, and trustworthy visual identity that supports both B2B communication and product clarity.

Component Library & Page System

To ensure scalability, I created a modular component library with 30+ reusable sections.
This included:
Hero sections
Feature grids
CTA blocks
Content layouts
Pricing structures
FAQ sections
Testimonial blocks
And more
In addition, I created a structured page template inside Webflow that allows the team to assemble new pages quickly using pre-built sections without breaking design consistency.
This significantly reduces time-to-launch for new marketing pages.

CMS & Webflow Development

All pages were developed in Webflow with clean structure and responsiveness in mind. The build included:
Fully responsive layouts
Semantic HTML structure
Clean class architecture
CMS setup where required
Structured SEO fields
Custom components and interactions were added where needed to elevate the experience beyond a standard template-based build.
The goal was performance, clarity, and long-term maintainability.

SEO & 301 Redirect Implementation

During migration, preserving SEO value was critical. While the sitemap was defined by the client, I supported the process by helping structure and implement the 301 redirects directly inside Webflow.
This ensured:
Old URLs were properly redirected
Search equity was preserved
No traffic was lost during launch
Additionally, I structured on-page SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, OG tags, alt text, and correct heading hierarchy.

Documentation Portal

To ensure the internal team could confidently manage the website after launch, I created a structured documentation portal.
This included step-by-step guidance on:
How to create new pages
How to use and duplicate components
How to update CMS content
How to maintain design consistency
SEO best practices for new content
This transformed the website from a “developer-owned asset” into a true internal marketing tool.

4. Result

The final outcome was more than a website redesign.
BHV Alarmering now has:
A modern, scalable Webflow website
13 professionally designed pages
30+ reusable sections
A modular page-building system
Clean CMS architecture
Preserved SEO during migration
A documentation system for internal ownership
The marketing team can now launch new pages independently, maintain brand consistency, and scale content without relying on external development support.
The project successfully combined design, systems thinking, and technical execution into a future-proof Webflow foundation.
