I love a good before and after. This project was a full transformation for the Pan-American Equestrian Federation, spanning both branding and landing page design. Their previous identity and website felt dated and lacked the clarity and presence the organization truly holds. This wasn’t just a visual upgrade. We approached the landing page with a clear objective: communicate a large amount of information with precision and ease. That meant restructuring content, prioritizing what matters most, and creating a strong foundation the brand can continue to build on. The result is a system that feels more aligned, more intentional, and far more effective. Take a look at the before and after, and let me know what you think. Check out the live landing page here: https://www.paecequestrian.com/

oof! finally able to share the final piece!! if you haven't been keeping up with my updates: ⭐ on day 1 I brainstormed alongside Gemini, merging my ideas with theirs and ending up with an outline of what I wanted to do for this challenge ⭐ day 2 I collected the raw footage I filmed and started putting together a folder with all my assets ⭐ day 3 I dove into Envato for the first time in years and found stock video, music and sfx, and used AI to alter both one of my own clips and a stock one ⭐ day 4 was for the final touches, where I recorded the voiceover and put all the other assets together into the video you can see below - my final submission! (I also attached a screenshot of what my final project folder looked like - organized by source of each asset) my biggest AI win was definitely the clip where I asked it to replace my water bottle with the coffee machine and it mimicked my rings and tattoos without me even asking my AI flop, where I decided to intervene because AI just didn't do it justice, was the voiceover - it just felt off and emotionless, and instead of trying to tweak it to perfection I decided to just pick up the mic and do it myself! I'm also gonna be sharing this final video on my Instagram @freelancingwithsilvia - feel free to follow me there for all the freelancing vibes 🤩

As a marketer and business owner, I know one thing: in 2026, if your business doesn't have both a website and at least one social platform, it feels a bit sus... 😒 That’s why for this challenge it took me less than a minute to choose my favorite local spot: Coffee Village, an eclectic, quirky coffee shop in Palmela that serves the most amazing cappuccinos and cheesecakes 🤤 But...despite their incredible charm and delicious treats, their online presence wasn't doing them justice - hence why I decided to give them the digital home they deserve ✨ 🟥 BEFORE BASE44 They had no website whatsoever, and their custom cake orders were completely scattered across a landline phone, Facebook messages, and Instagram DMs. Managing this during holiday rushes like Christmas and Easter must've been CRAZY 😵💫 🟩 AFTER BASE44 I built a fully responsive, bilingual (PT/EN) website that both reflects their unique decor - including their signature wall stripes and dark wood tables - and speaks directly to the audience they're trying to attract! You can see it for yourself 👉 https://coffeevillage.base44.app As for that cake order situation...that's where the automation came in! I built a streamlined cake order system, so customers can submit their orders in one centralized place. The backend workflow automatically: 👉 Triggers an instant email confirmation to the customer. 👉 Sends a structured email summary directly to the owner. I'm handing the site over to the owner tomorrow and can't wait to see their reaction!!! Next up on my to-do list? Bringing my professional camera to the shop to shoot even better photos and videos for them, both of the space and the food & drinks! Here's to helping local businesses glow! 🥂

Meet Petlancer: The Ultimate Freelancer Sidekick 🐾 As a freelancer, staying motivated through intense deep-work blocks can be hard at times, so I wanted to marry that 90s nostalgia and fun of Tamagotchis with a practical productivity hub to create the ultimate focus companion. Fun fact: In real life, my core motivation to work is providing the best possible life for my 9 pets (3 cats, 1 dog, and 5 goats!). So, I built an interactive app where your actual freelance output directly translates into taking care of your virtual pixel pet. Key Features: ⭐ The "Choose Your Starter" Onboarding: a setup screen where you choose and name your companion - whether that's a cute cat, a happy dog or a silly goat ⭐ The "Productivity-Meets-Fun" Dashboard: on the left is your fun side - with your pet, along with its Hunger, Cleanliness, and Energy bars. On the right is the productivity side - with a 25-minute Pomodoro timer and your daily to-do list. Completing pomodoros and checking off your daily tasks earns you credits that you can spend to feed, clean or play with your pixel buddy. As a first-time user of Wonder, it's definitely one of those tools I can see myself using again in the future. I love how it works so well with my casual-style prompts, it feels like I'm just chatting with a chat-based app like Gemini. I also really like that, at the end of each implementation, it suggests next steps or asks questions along the way if needed. You really feel like it's your partner in crime rather than just an AI that's doing what you tell it to do. And of course, you can check out my design file here: https://app.wonder.so/freelancingwithsilvia/files/019f3960-2948-7f1b-8079-f7280babb4ae

Meet "The Cutting Room Floor" - a nostalgic, early-2000s 3D hardware archive meant to preserve creative ideas that deserve a second life ✨ "The Cutting Room Floor" is a visual tribute to the nostalgia of early 2000s tech 💿 The current build features an interactive 3D display vault housing the generated creative assets, fully realized in a vibrant, glossy, vintage "Bondi Blue" iMac G3 aesthetic 💙 As for future plans, I want to work on an integration with a web backend (like Bubble) to turn this into a living community engine where users can submit their own half-finished projects and ideas directly onto the shelves 💡 I utilized Omma Studio to generate customized, low-poly 3D objects, and Omma Canvas to create the scene, featuring the cabinet with the thick horizontal glass shelves and top-down spotlights ⭐ Here's the live interactive build: https://omma.build/p/the-cutting-room-floor-ambient-archive-fw4i12 What I learned: one of my biggest takeaways from this project was decoding how to communicate with Omma when it comes to prompting. I typically talk to AIs casually, like I’m brainstorming with a friend, but I found Omma does better with direct, clear, non-ambiguous instructions 😜

For my #EnvatoChallenge I made a social reel called People. Every stranger you pass is living a life as full and complicated as your own. You just never get to see it. That was the whole starting point. You catch a half-second of someone and your brain files them as an extra in your movie, while they're the main character of theirs, with a whole thing going on you'll never know about. So I tried to make something that sits in that feeling. No story line, but just a reminder that everyone's got one. I used Envato for music, images and videos starting with stock images that I got inspired by and used as references and to expand ideas from those. I believe the main human by design call I had to make was not only the final edit, but prompting for "imperfect" generations. AI is trained to give the perfect image every time, centered angles, equal proportions, bright colors. I tried the complete opposite while still trying to make it look like a complete social reel.

My submission for #RenoiseChallenge is a commercial for Veil. The goal was to make something cinematic with a twist at the end. Tools used in Renoise: Midjourney, GPT 2, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0. Post-edit in DaVinci Resolve. Unfortunately couldn't figure out a way to share my canvas workflow, but check out the screenshot in the comments below. Let me know your thoughts🧠

Educational video made for a website🧠 Image generations, image to video, post-edit, voice over, SFX, music overlay. Check out full case study with all the assets: HERE (https://contra.com/p/PlrcgFbM-lalaholistic-life-premium-wellness-brand-web-site-assets?referralExperimentNid=DEFAULT_REFERRAL_PROGRAM&referrerUsername=stas_tatarinov_5hmx495l)I had fun working on this one even though it wasn't the easiest. The whole video is supposed to be one seamless loop even though it consists of multiple different generated clips. Tools used: Nano Banana Pro and Kling 2.5/ Kling 3.0.

I am so excited to be submitting JAMS to the #ShareYourWork challenge! 🥪🍓🥜 This was one of the most exciting projects that we worked on this year. The client approached us via Contra to design and develop their website in the style of neo-nostalgia. They launched competitor peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in Walmart that are filled with protein and good ingredients. We used Figma to design the website, Blender for the 3D renders of the products and Jammy (the brand's mascot), and Webflow to bring the site to life. The site was built in the Lumos framework, for accessibility and scalability, and is fully breakpointless! Check it out: https://www.getjams.com/ Case study: https://contra.com/p/WYEEZ6lB-jams-website-design-development-3-d?r=andrewehren

Super excited to submit Plant Shop by Tula House to the #ShareYourWork challenge! 😊 The client built a visionOS app - allowing users to visualize plants in their living space - for the famous Tula House Plant Shop in New York City. They hired us via Contra to create a colorful, engaging website which tells the story of how they developed it. The site's design had to match the plant shop's branding. 🌵 We designed the site in Figma and developed it in Webflow using Timothy Rick's Lumos framework. This ensured that the site would be fully accessible and scalable. The 3D plant in the hero was optimized in Blender, prior to being added into Spline and then into Webflow. Character graphics helped bring their vibrant brand to life. If you find yourself in New York City, check out the beautiful and rare plants in this amazing shop!
