I managed and engaged with SmartSweets online communities on various platforms, amassing over 700,000 total followers!

SmartSweets is a female founded low sugar candy company founded in 2016. Their mission is to bring you candy that you know and love without all the sugar!

I was excited about the opportunity to work for a candy company that not only makes feel good candy, but is also made up of 84% females.

My role at SmartSweets was to manage and engage with their online social communities. I was responsible for managing the DM’s and comment sections, tracking and monitoring consumer feedback, and assisting the influencer team with operations and communications with paid and non-paid partnerships. I also collaborated with the Content Team on content strategy and content creation. In doing so, I maintained SmartSweets brand voice and product education. 💛
