My Role 📲
Manage posting schedule
Plan and curate Instagram feed
Produce B2C and B2B content tailored for different platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn
Create and publish all assets including graphics, carousels, reels, and stories
Work with videographer and provide creative direction (outline, scripts, visuals) for video content
Develop and execute campaigns around major moments such as Earth Month and World Oceans Day
Monitor performance of posts and campaigns
Breakdown monthly analytics and identify opportunities
Work closely with Head of Growth to align content with broader marketing initiatives

In the first month:
2x more new followers than in the last 3 months combined
4x the number of interactions than the previous month
Doubled the engagement rate
Fast forward 5 months:
Increased posting frequency rom 6x to 19x per month
Expanded reach from 5125 to 47,362
Grew interactions from 160 to 2060
Increased follower growth from 12.6k followers to 14.1k followers
