This package is designed to deliver a cohesive, professional, and impactful event brand identity that will leave a lasting impression. Whether it’s a conference, festival, workshop series, or creative gathering—I’ll help you translate your event’s purpose into a clear, memorable visual experience. Process

1. Discovery & Strategic Planning
We’ll begin with a 30-minute discovery call to get clear on your event’s theme, goals, audience, and personality. No complex forms—just a real conversation to unpack what your event is all about and where you want to take it. This session ensures the entire branding process is grounded in your event’s unique vibe and vision.
2. Creative Exploration & Moodboarding
I’ll explore two creative directions that visually capture the essence of your event. These will include tone-setting ideas for style, color, typography, and more. You’ll review and share feedback so we can align on a direction that feels right—setting the creative foundation for everything that follows.
3. Core Event Identity Design
This is where your event branding begins to take shape:
Three (3) distinct logo options tailored to your event’s personality
A curated color palette that evokes the right energy and emotion
A font system that’s versatile and readable across signage, print, and digital screens
4. Expanding Your Event’s Visual Language
We’ll design five (5) key brand assets of your choice—this could include speaker slide templates, event badges, signage, social media graphics, or merch design. Every piece will reinforce your event’s identity and create a polished, unified experience for attendees.
5. Final Delivery & Support
You’ll receive a complete package of ready-to-use assets, including all logo files, design elements, and a simple style guide for your team or partners. I’ll also be available to support you with any final questions as you prepare to launch.

    We’ll kick off with a discovery session where I get to know your event’s purpose, audience, and vibe. This collaborative conversation gives me the insight I need to build a visual identity that aligns with your event goals and resonates with your community.

  • How much input do I have in the process?

    As much as you want! This is a team effort. You’ll have opportunities to provide feedback at every major stage—moodboard, logo design, asset creation—and we’ll go through up to two revision rounds per deliverable to make sure everything feels spot-on.

  • Will I receive guidelines for my event brand?

    Yes, you’ll get a basic event brand style guide that outlines your logo usage, color codes, and fonts. It’s a great tool for keeping things consistent—whether you’re briefing a vendor, designing materials in-house, or prepping for future events.

    A visual inspiration board that sets the tone for your event’s look and feel. It includes colors, typography, imagery, and style direction to guide every touchpoint from signage to digital content.

  • Three (3) Logo Concepts

    I’ll design three distinct logo options tailored to your event’s identity—whether it’s a conference, festival, or workshop series. You’ll choose one to refine into the final mark.

  • Event Colour Palette

    A bold and intentional color system that captures the mood and personality of your event. These colors will carry through your signage, merch, screens, and social media.

  • Event Font System

    Typography that works hard and looks good—easy to read on large banners, printed materials, and screens. I’ll recommend fonts that are flexible and on-brand.

  • High-Resolution Logo Exports (AI, PNG, JPG, PDF)

    You’ll get your finalized event logo in all the formats you’ll need—whether you’re sending it to print, uploading to your website, or dropping it into slides.

  • Five (5) Event Collaterals of Your Choice

    Choose five key items—think event badges, lanyards, signage, stage backdrops, social media graphics, presentation slides, or merch designs. I’ll design these to bring your event branding to life across touchpoints.

  • Basic Brand Style Guide

    A quick-reference guide outlining your logo usage, color codes, and typography. This ensures visual consistency across all materials, whether designed in-house or by partners/vendors.

  • Social Media Pack

    Branded profile and banner images for your event’s social platforms—plus 3 editable templates you can use to promote speakers, updates, or countdowns. Keeps your feed looking polished and on-brand.
