Payment and subscription inquiries
Providing additional learning resources and support

My role as an Onboarding Manager:

Facilitated seamless onboarding experiences for diverse local and international recruits, ensuring their preparedness and providing comprehensive assistance throughout their pre-employment and transitional phases 
Promoted effective cross-departmental collaboration between our Los Angeles office and remote teams, fostering a seamless transition for new hires from pre-employment stages to successful integration within their respective teams 
Implemented a systematic approach to organizing onboarding assets and optimized the processes for streamlined efficiency
