Project Overview

I collaborated with Glamy, a platform designed to revolutionize Brazil's beauty and plastic surgery industry. Glamy connects skilled doctors with clients through transparent reviews and professional profiles, allowing users to share honest feedback about their cosmetic experiences.

Key Contributions:

Developed the brand’s Mission, Vision, and Value (MVV) strategy, aligning it with the values of trust and professionalism.
Conducted UX research and defined customer personas to ensure the platform met the needs of both doctors and clients.
Created the brand’s identity, including the logo, color scheme, and name.

UI/UX Design & Development:

Designed a responsive website using Framer, from wireframes to a full design system.
Built and integrated CMS features via Airtable and Zapier, with custom code components for search and category functions.
Focused on SEO optimization to enhance platform visibility.

Collaboration:

Throughout this 1-month collaboration, I worked remotely from Korea, maintaining close collaboration with the Brazilian team through weekly Zoom meetings. I was fully dedicated to delivering a service that reflected both Brazilian culture and the needs of the beauty industry, treating the project as if it were my own.
