My Role:
I led the development of Glamy’s Mission, Vision, and Values, centering on credibility, care, and clarity. I conducted UX research, defined customer personas, and crafted the brand’s visual identity—including logo, color palette, and the service name.
Solutions & Features:
Designed and built a fully responsive site in Framer, guided by wireframes and a modular design system.
Integrated CMS via Airtable and Zapier for dynamic content management.
Developed custom code components for advanced filtering and search functionality.
Implemented SEO optimization for increased visibility in a competitive market.
Results & Client Feedback:
Despite working remotely from Korea, I maintained strong communication with the Brazilian team through weekly Zoom calls. The result was a culturally attuned, user-focused platform that impressed the client with its alignment to both market needs and Glamy’s core mission.
Insights & Growth:
This cross-cultural collaboration highlighted the importance of local relevance in global UX strategy, and how thoughtful branding and design can elevate trust in sensitive industries like beauty and healthcare.
