Project Overview:
TourGuild is a new service by Voyard Inc., designed to transform the travel experience for inbound tourists to South Korea using a smart, cashless platform powered by Web3. I led the project as product manager, web designer, and Framer developer—crafting a high-fidelity landing page that served both as a functional prototype and a tool for hypothesis-driven market validation in Japan and Taiwan.
Client Goals & Needs:
Voyard aimed to validate demand for its smart tourism service among Japanese and Taiwanese travelers, particularly women in their 20s. The goal was to test conversion potential through two distinct value propositions: multilingual menu navigation and app-based booking & payment. The landing page needed to feel like a real, fully developed service.
My Role:
I took full ownership of the product strategy, from hypothesis development to execution. I translated user research and experimental design into a responsive, brand-aligned landing page using Framer. The site was structured for A/B testing and optimized for conversion tracking.
Solutions & Features:
Crafted and validated personas (e.g., K-culture foodie, experience-seeking traveler).
Designed a visually consistent landing page aligned with TourGuild’s brand and app UI.
Developed a structured layout for feature storytelling based on market insights.
Integrated performance tracking for CTR and CVR based on ad funnel targeting.
Results & Client Feedback:
The landing page successfully supported hypothesis testing through paid social campaigns in Japan and Taiwan. Though final data analysis is ongoing, early click-through and conversion metrics indicated strong interest from both target personas.
Insights & Growth:
This project reinforced how a well-executed landing page—paired with strategic hypothesis design—can serve as a powerful, low-cost method for validating product-market fit in international markets.
