StepHow: Interactive B2B Site for Automated Manual Creation

Project Overview:
StepHow is a B2B SaaS platform designed to streamline internal training and onboarding through automated manual creation, smart editing, and easy sharing tools. I participated as a planner, designer, and Framer developer to create a new marketing website that clearly communicates StepHow’s value to enterprise clients.
Client Goals & Needs:
As a product targeted at major corporations and IT teams, the client needed a website that would inspire confidence and clearly explain its competitive features. The goal was to maximize conversions from press-driven awareness to sign-up, while providing detailed feature explanations for prospective B2B users.
My Role:
I reimagined the entire visual identity and UX direction. I developed a new design system in Framer, modernized the brand's design language, and crafted an interactive hero section simulating product usage—helping visitors experience StepHow's core value from the first click.
Solutions & Features:
Full visual identity refresh including logo refinements, color system, spacing, and shadows.
Built a scalable, component-based design system within Framer.
Designed and developed an interactive hero section to simulate StepHow’s automated manual creation.
Implemented content strategy and SEO optimization (meta tags, sitemap, robots.txt).
Designed pages tailored to StepHow’s user personas (e.g. corporate IT teams managing onboarding).
Results & Client Feedback:
The new website improved brand credibility and user engagement, particularly through the interactive product demo experience. Stakeholders praised the clarity of messaging and the professionalism of the visual identity, supporting stronger sales conversations.
Insights & Growth:
This project highlighted the power of UX storytelling and interaction design in B2B marketing. Simulating product value with real-time elements helped prospective users connect with the product more meaningfully.
