The platform needed to address several barriers:
High Barriers to Entry: Large minimum deposits deterred retail investors.
Complex Financial Concepts: Terms like SPVs, ROI, and AUM were overwhelming.
Clunky User Experience: Existing solutions lacked intuitive design.
Regulatory Complexity: Compliance with diverse European financial regulations was critical.

Solution

The design process focused on user-centric solutions:
Market Research: Conducted 25 user interviews to identify pain points and needs across European markets.
User Personas: Developed personas like Emma (29, tech-savvy marketing professional), Liam (35, IT consultant valuing innovation), and Sophia (40, time-starved business owner prioritizing data security).
Design Features:
Dark navy background with gold/orange accents to convey trust and luxury.
Progressive disclosure to simplify complex information.
Friendly emojis and casual microcopy for approachability.
Waiting list to create exclusivity and FOMO.
Regulatory Enhancements: Added trust badges, partner affiliations, and transparency markers to comply with regulations and boost conversions.
Testing & Analysis: Used A/B tests, Google Analytics, and Mouseflow to refine designs, with heatmaps and session replays guiding improvements.
