1. Overview
This case study showcases a Data-Focused Virtual Assistant project where I conducted structured market and competitor research for an e-learning business.
The goal was to transform scattered competitor information into a clear, analyzable Excel workbook with insights that support strategic decision-making.
This analysis revealed clear pricing clusters and feature gaps, helping the client identify where new offerings could differentiate instead of competing on price alone.
The project involved:
