Founders and mission-driven entrepreneurs are so busy and they sometimes need someone to help them with daily miscellaneous tasks about their business. I was fortunate enough to sprinkle my magic on this business.

The role

The role included making work easier for the business owner. When people start small businesses, they have so many things to do. I remove all the chaos in the business and manage aspects of the business on an hourly basis.

They wanted to grow on social media and they needed someone who could manage those pages and bounce ideas off of while they concentrated on other aspects of their business.

I worked on an hourly basis on any of the following tasks

  • Social media management. I managed a Facebook group, LinkedIn page and X page for the business.
  • Content creation. I wrote and edited content to go on the website and managed teh Youtube channel process with a Youtube channel manager.
  • Managing external communication, ie. Press releases, news posts, blog posts.
  • I managed any services we outsourced.
  • I created a second brain notion board that contained every important aspect of the business and ensured that everyone in our small team was using it.
  • I helped with strategy. i.e. What projects make sense?
  • Project management. I planned, researched, launched and monitored projects.
  • I ran internal teams, ensuring that I was the glue between the team members. I also helped launch and run a weekly call.
  • I created processes for the business.
