Event: IMB Festival
IMB festival is the first meeting point dedicated exclusively to connecting and promoting emerging artistic talent, new music business professionals and professionals from the creative sectors who wish to develop their careers within the music industry.
My role in this event as Area Pro and Sponsorships producer:
Event planning: focus on the close details of an event, from the seating chart to food allergies. Take care of the strategy and most of the overall details.
Event production: focus on the bigger concepts and the overall production. Create the general floorplans, and responsible for specific areas related to the technology and production needs (such as audio/visual, stage designs, creative concepts) all focused on delivering a memorable event experience.
