Senior Technical Recruiter

• Identify high-quality technical candidates through internal and external sourcing methods

• Conduct all initial phone screens

• Partner with HMs and HRBPs to identify exact needs and ensure an efficient interview process

• Communicate offers and declines with empathy and understanding

• Actively contribute and promote best practices with interview teams

• Research and implement methodology to better streamline the interview loops

• Incorporate DEI interview strategy and techniques

• Assist with new and ongoing immigration applications

• Champion brand awareness on platforms such as Glassdoor, Builtin, and Comparably.
