The Challenge
Who: Joyful Journey is a child support and development service for teachers and guardians.
What: a 'social media starter package' was requested from the team at Joyful Journey.
Why: as a newly formed service, the company needed a way to reach potential clients, boost brand awareness and establish credibility.
The How
Laying the foundations: after drawing up a comprehensive social media strategy (including platform selection, posting frequency and audience targeting), I secured and set up the necessary accounts.
Building evergreen content: a bank of copy and visuals were created across a variety of categories, including brand awareness, education and sales. The focus was to ensure the content could run repeatedly for months, with no need for changes along the way.
Management: to free up the client's time to focus on other areas of the business, I have continued to schedule and manage Joyful Journey's social content.
The Outcome
Three months worth of content (both copy and visuals) were created for ongoing scheduling.
Social media accounts gained 5,600% follower growth within the first 3 months.
Reach percentages increased by 2,700% on Instagram and 100% on Facebook.
60 hours of time saved for client over a three month period.
