The client's needs:
Ingenious are a science-based collagen company operating in the beauty industry. They had an established website and some presence on social media but both were requiring major upgrades in order to showcase their expertise and authority.
The website:
To truly understand what Ingenious were offering to their customers, myself and the team at Stream Ltd needed to learn more about their products. We sat down with both founders, David Hyland, CENG, MSC, MBA and Pupinder Ghatora, MPharm, MRPharmS, SCS, to hear the origins stories of Ingenious.
After interviewing the founders and conducting our own research, we began developing the website. Working with web developers and designers, I began writing the copy for the new site - from product descriptions, to the founders' bios, to new blogs.

As the website was nearing its completion, focus was pivoted to Ingenious' social accounts.
From image selection to copy to community management, I had a hands on approach. I worked with the client to determine style and feel of each account, providing regular statistical feedback.
I also built and maintained relationships with influencers, supplying them with products in order to improve Ingenious' reach and awareness.
