CareOfHomes (Oyespace) – From Property Tech to Trustworthy Brand

The Challenge

CareOfHomes (powered by Oyespace) was entering the hyper-competitive proptech space.
Their mission: simplify apartment community management and home-related services through tech.
But they lacked a clear identity, brand architecture, and digital systems to build trust with RWAs, housing societies, and residents.
They needed to go from “yet another housing tech startup” → to “the most trustworthy name in residential community solutions.”

My Role & Execution

1. Brand Identity System (Visual + Symbolic)

Designed a full brand manual for Oyespace + sub-brands like OyeTeams and OyeBespoke.
Developed symbolic logos: → OyeTeams used the eye motif (watchfulness, security, responsiveness). → OyeBespoke used triangle geometry (growth, upward motion, stable foundation).
Defined color psychology: blue for trust, white for clarity, yellow for action.
Set brand rules for logo usage, print collateral, and digital channels.

2. CareOfHomes Website (WordPress)

Designed and developed a complete site on WordPress from scratch.
Conducted competitor research → selected UI/UX flow aligned with user behavior.
Delivered: → Theme customization → Page layout structure → SEO-ready blog + content integration → Mobile optimization and security setup
Created graphics, icons, and banners tailored for both service and community verticals.

3. Full-Stack Digital Marketing Strategy

Crafted a 360° digital growth proposal for execution over 2–3 months:
SEO & Content Marketing
Keyword and competitor mapping
Technical and on-page optimization
Blog writing, repurposed content, and long-form SEO
Press releases + directory submissions
Social Media Optimization
Profile creation and management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Visual content calendars, monthly banner refreshes
Engagement loops with user-generated content and micro-communities
External blog integration and Slideshare storytelling
Paid Campaigns & Lead Gen
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and remarketing flows
Defined ad sets by persona, intent, and behavior
Created high-conversion copy and creative assets
Conversion goal: inbound demo requests and RWA partnership inquiries
CRM + Drip Journey Design
Setup gated content and lead magnets
Email sequence design: welcome, educate, convert
Conditional logic for user segmentation and personalization
Setup for drip automation and analytics dashboards

Outcomes & Business Impact

A cohesive brand identity aligned the parent company and all sub-brands under one visual language.
The website served as a professional, conversion-focused platform for demo requests and content engagement.
The proposal systemized all digital activities across SEO, social, and PPC—ready for internal or outsourced execution.
Helped position CareOfHomes as a trusted platform for gated communities and housing societies, not just another services marketplace.

Why This Project Matters in My Portfolio

This was a real estate meets tech meets community challenge—high complexity, high trust deficit, and fragmented messaging.
I helped architect a brand system that could grow, not just a website. From the logo philosophy to PPC funnels—everything pointed toward clarity, consistency, and conversion.
