I build AI assistants and n8n, Make and Zapier workflows that fit the way your business already runs. Enquiries get sorted and answered, invoices get read into your books, and your team can ask questions of its own documents. You work directly with me: I design the workflow, build it and check that it runs before you rely on it.

I'm Jessy, and Fractional HQ is my one-person studio in London. I design each system and hold the standard on it. AI agents do much of the typing, and I review and test the result on your real examples before handover. The same method runs my own three businesses, a Postgres operations system and more than 100 scheduled jobs.

What I build:
AI implementation: assistants that answer from your documents and cite the file, plus AI steps inside a workflow that classify, extract or draft, with a person kept in the loop where a mistake would cost money.
Workflow automation: n8n, Make, Zapier and direct APIs, with an error path and a record of every run.
Data collection: scheduled scrapers on your own Apify account that feed Google Sheets, a CRM or Slack.
Design and build: websites, landing pages and product interfaces, designed by someone who knows what the data behind them does.

How we'd work: we agree the scope, what you hand over and the check that proves it works before I start. You see progress as it goes, and the handover explains how to run and change what I built. Ongoing support is agreed up front rather than assumed.
