Can I add the companies, brands, and agencies that I've worked with?
Yes! Add the companies, brands, and agencies that you've worked with to the project that you worked on together. Their logos will appear along with their roles and tools on the corresponding project.
How long does it take to set up my profile?

Do I have to be a certain age to sign up and use Contra?
Contra is available to users 16 and older. By signing up for Contra, you acknowledge that you’re at least 16 years old.
Why do I have to wait to unlock all of Contra's features?
We require users to complete a few basic steps to ensure that your account is ready for you to begin your freelance journey! Follow your new user checklist (found on your profile) to complete your profile and unlock new features.
My country isn't supported, but I have a business with a US bank account, can I use that?
At this time, you must be based in a supported country to use Contra.
My ID verification is failing, what should I do?
Identity verification can fail due to multiple factors. Please make sure you are following verification best practices:
Your ID image is not blurry.
Your lighting is optimal (not too dark & not too light).
Avoid having glares appear directly on your ID image.
Your ID is valid and not expired.
Your ID type matches the ID type selected.
Your ID is issued by the country you selected.

What does Contra do with my data?
Contra only collects data that is needed to enable website functionality. Contra does not sell your data.
How do I change the email associated with my account?
To change your email:
Go to your "Account Settings" page
Update the email in the Email field
Click "Save Changes"
Go to your email inbox
Click the link to update your email address associated with your Contra account.
How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account:
Go to your "Account Settings"
Click "Delete Account" and at the bottom of the page
3. Click "Permanently Delete Account"
You have 30 days before your account is permanently deleted if you decide to change your mind.
