Before touching performance, I needed to understand the structure. Plugged Claude Code into VS Code with the Webflow MCP server and ran a quick analysis. In minutes I had a full class map across pages, duplicates flagged, parallel systems identified. It also gave me a clear action plan to migrate everything properly to Client-First Framework..
