Anavah Leadership is an executive coaching and leadership advisory practice. Client load was increasing and an EA was returning to the team — a real window to build the operational foundation before things got harder to manage.
The Problem
Everything ran out of the founder's head. Workflows, client knowledge, communications. none of it was in a place the team could access or run independently. Notion was open but empty. Drive had grown without structure. Every client touchpoint was handled from scratch.
The Result
A complete Notion OS - 8 interconnected databases, the client record at the center, every session, invoice, task, and process connected in one place. SOPs and workflow guides for the EA to run independently. Communication templates covering every client touchpoint. Drive reorganized with clear naming conventions.
The EA walked in on day one and ran the operation without asking how anything worked.
