Automated AI Content creation for Multi-Platform Publishing

Client's Goal: A digital brand wanted to turn research, documents, and media into high-quality blog posts and social content—automatically, with minimal manual work. They needed affiliate links and their brand style built in, and wanted to publish everywhere from their Hostinger site to Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Challenges: The client’s CMS (Hostinger Website Builder) didn’t offer an API, blocking direct publishing. Their team spent hours each day reformatting content, adding links, and creating graphics for every platform. Managing approvals and scheduling was a headache.

Solution & Approach: I built a fully automated AI content system on Make.com. It ingests RSS feeds, PDFs, online research, voice/text messages, and video URLs. The system uses AI to generate full blog posts—embedding affiliate and internal links, optimizing for SEO, and matching the client’s brand voice. It then repurposes each post into platform-optimized content: X threads, Instagram carousels (with AI-generated branded graphics), and posts for LinkedIn and Facebook. For Hostinger, I added a manual step for publishing (due to no API), but for any API-enabled CMS (like WordPress or Shopify), it runs in autopilot. The client can also review and approve posts via a custom Airtable dashboard before scheduling.

Results: The client now saves up to 4 hours per day on content creation and publishing. For API-enabled sites, publishing is 100% automated; for others, approval is a quick, single-step process.
