Challenges: The team struggled with scattered information, time-consuming manual updates, and low adoption of Notion. They needed a way to capture ideas, track work, and answer questions on the go—without learning complex tools.

Solution & Approach: I deployed a fully integrated AI agent that connects Notion with Telegram and WhatsApp. Staff can now create, edit, and manage Notion entries just by sending text, voice, or media messages. The system uses the Notion API, Make.com for orchestration, and advanced AI models (GPT-4.1 for execution, o4mini for reasoning) to intelligently map content, properties, and attachments. All actions and responses happen in real-time chat, with outputs directly updating Notion databases or returning answers in chat.
