Building cultures through Brand Systems

With my client Mushroom Compadres, we doubled revenue within just two months of working together. We did it by creating brand ads with a real voice and a distinct brand feeling — not the usual “marketing rules.” For one of these campaigns, I wanted animated mushrooms, so here’s the Midjourney prompt I used: Prompt: Minimalist 2D looping animation of three cute cartoon mushrooms walking in place. Flat vector style, bold white silhouettes on black background, smooth leg-movement cycle, playful and whimsical characters with simple rounded shapes and expressive double eyes. Clean minimal design, seamless loop, consistent spacing, unified rhythm, high-contrast graphic look. Playful, psychedelic, slightly retro character design with double-oval eyes.

Cover image for Discover COCO: Minimalist Packaging with Intentional Design

What if minimalism isn’t less — but more intentional? This is COCO — a finished packaging system built on restraint. Clean hierarchy, deliberate typography, purposeful whitespace, reduced elements. But the key shift is here: → material becomes the design. → The aluminum isn’t just a container it defines the color, the light, the presence. A few intentional decisions: 1. Removing everything that didn’t carry meaning 2. letting hierarchy guide instead of decorate 3. treating material as the primary visual layer For me, minimalism is not less design — it’s more attention to every detail.

Cover image for Curious: What’s missing in most

Curious: What’s missing in most brand systems, in your opinion? For me, the brand guidelines system we develop at Heed Collective (https://www.instagram.com/heedcollective_/) must be a living document — one that supports the brand in real decision-making, across teams, contexts, and moments of growth. Building structures that guide how a brand behaves, adapts, and scales across every touchpoint. What makes it work: — decision-making logic, not just rules — flexible systems, not static files — consistency with room to evolve We don’t launch brands — we build culture for humans, ethically. And one thing we always add: → Brand Culture Layer — translating strategy into how the brand speaks, acts, and shows up in the world.

Cover image for It all starts with strategy

It all starts with strategy — and grows into a visual system. Our work for Specialty Coffee Cosmetics COCO began with clarity: defining positioning, tone, and the deeper narrative behind the brand. From there, the visual language emerged — not as decoration, but as a natural extension of meaning. Brand is not what you design first. It’s what you understand first. Then you build.

My submission for #RenoiseChallenge is a commercial for Veil. The goal was to make something cinematic with a twist at the end. Tools used in Renoise: Midjourney, GPT 2, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0. Post-edit in DaVinci Resolve. Unfortunately couldn't figure out a way to share my canvas workflow, but check out the screenshot in the comments below. Let me know your thoughts🧠

Luxury Ad template ready in one click made in Eleven Labs🔥 Template: https://elevenlabs.io/app/templates/h9EQC2b2dylwpLip6vx6 -Upload one photo of your product -Provide brief description of your product My ai template builds you: +5 different angles in a consistent setting +A 10 second Seedance 2, 720p video with luxury music +Voice over script + voice over in the theme of your product And the best part is that NO manual editing required. All the videos shown were the final results achieved with my template! I actually found this being super cool and unique. The cost is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I think it is very worth it for the results you can get and how much manual time you could save. Some take 1st try. Some a couple. All depends on the product. Try it for yourself!

Cover image for Finally posting this, back in

Finally posting this, back in May we worked on a trial project for Boona 🚿 Boona (https://boona.com/) is a tandem shower brand, which was our first time working on a brand like this but it was soooooooo fun! The brief was open enough that we had to dig, not just the Instagram feed but the website, the product itself, what it actually feels like to share that experience with someone. Everything kept coming back to the same thing: intimacy, closeness, two people in a moment that's usually just one. We didn't end up working together but the founder's feedback made it worth sharing 🤩 I don't usually share my trial work but I'm thinking it's about time to do it, what do you think?

I had the chance to work on a brand identity for Blue Cat Padel & Coffee ☕🎾 Unfortunately, due to some complications on the client’s end, the project had to end unexpectedly, so this one might never see the light of day. Not everything goes the way we’d hope, and sometimes it’s just out of our control. Still, I’m proud of what I created and think it’s worth sharing.
