We started working with Charlie and the Remento team in December 2023, managing their creator and influencer program through April 2025, across seven campaigns, every major gifting season, and one Shark Tank appearance.
Our biggest challenge on the first campaign was time. Three weeks to source, vet, negotiate, and activate creators before Christmas, for a product that only works in the hands of the right person. Follower count doesn't tell you whether someone has a story worth telling, and we couldn't afford to get that wrong under a deadline. We did it anyway!
What is Remento?
Remento is a memory preservation and storytelling app that helps families capture life stories through guided conversations and beautifully printed books. The product lives in an emotional category, it's about the stories your grandparents never wrote down, the ones that disappear when they do. The app makes capturing those stories easy. The printed book makes them permanent.
Their mission is straightforward: the stories that matter most are the ones most at risk of being lost. That positioning is also what makes creator marketing the perfect channel for them. No ad copy gets there the way a creator talking about their own family does.

How it started: Christmas 2023

Three weeks before the holidays. A gifting product with a natural seasonal moment. A creator program that needed rebuilding from the ground up. We got to work.
The brief was specific: family creators, parenting content, mom bloggers; people whose audiences were already in the right emotional state before they said a word about Remento. We sourced and vetted close to 100 creators across Instagram and TikTok, activated the best fits for the campaign window, and got it all done in three weeks.
The result: a 100% increase in sales and then Remento put us on retainer 🚀
Building the program: 2024

Once we were on retainer, the work shifted from sprint to system. We ran full audits of the Christmas campaign (what converted, which creator profiles outperformed, why) and used that data to shape everything that followed.
The spring campaign was built around Mother's Day and Father's Day, which for a product like Remento isn't a secondary moment, it's arguably the most natural fit in the calendar. Creators sharing stories about their parents, their kids, the conversations they hadn't had yet. When the product is genuinely aligned with the emotional territory a creator already lives in, the content that comes out is a different category of authentic.
We managed the full cycle end to end across every campaign: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, deliverable tracking, and post-campaign reporting. Every creator had a unique UTM. Every result was fed back into the system to sharpen the next round.
By Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2024, the program had enough infrastructure (and enough trusted creator relationships) to execute at a level that generated over $70,000 in sales in a single weekend.
The Shark Tank moment: March 2025
Remento showcase Shark Tank
When Remento appeared on Shark Tank in March 2025, we coordinated the full creator and UGC campaign around the episode: timed to air, designed to extend the moment across social, executed fast. That kind of reactive campaign management only works when you already know the brand, the product, and the audience well enough to move without a lengthy briefing process. By that point, we did.
We activated six creators simultaneously for the Shark Tank window, including repeat partners like Haley Martino, Shana Medeiros and Cordelia Manis, creators we'd built genuine relationships with over multiple campaigns, which meant faster turnaround, better content, and no time lost on briefing from zero.
How we work
Every campaign follows the same structure: strategy and timeline first, creator briefs aligned to the moment, then sourcing and vetting with priority given to creators we've already worked with and trust.
From there, negotiations, contracts, content guidelines, feedback during the live window, and a final campaign report with performance data and recommendations for the next round.
Over the course of this particular partnership with Remento, we sourced and vetted 871 creators across TikTok and Instagram and managed eight campaign cycles from brief to report.
Why creator marketing works for a product like this
Remento requires emotional buy-in before it requires a purchase decision. You don't buy a memory preservation book because you saw a banner ad. You buy it because something made you feel the weight of time passing, and then the product was right there.
Creator content from family and parenting creators whose audiences already trust them with that kind of emotion is the only channel that reliably creates that moment at scale. The entire program was built around that insight. We weren't looking for creators with big numbers. We were looking for creators whose audiences were already in the right emotional state.
That's a specific filter: getting it right is what separates campaigns that convert from campaigns that just generate views.
Ready to build a creator program that actually converts?
Creator marketing works when the strategy, the sourcing, and the execution are all aligned, and when the people running it understand your product well enough to find the creators who'll sell it better than any ad could.
We've managed programs across gifting seasons, product launches, and live cultural moments. We know what good looks like, and we know how to build it fast.
Built Remento's creator program from scratch! Sourced 871 creators and ran 8 campaigns for Remento across Christmas, Mother's + Father's Day, BFCM + Shark Tank.
