Losano — Meta Ad Creatives (EcoBrush Campaign)

Losano is a woman-founded sustainable activewear brand based in Los Angeles, built around non-toxic, BPA-free fabrics manufactured locally in LA. The brand reached out via Contra looking for a creative who could take their existing asset library and turn it into ready-to-deploy Meta ads that actually convert.

The Challenge

The brand had a strong photo library, a small UGC library, and four detailed campaign playbooks covering three distinct fabric lines, EcoBrush, SculptLux, and TenderBlend. The goal was not just to make ads that looked good, but to build a full creative system that their media buyers could load directly into Ads Manager without touching a thing.

The Approach

Before a single creative was started, all four playbooks were read in full. Every creative decision made in this project came from that research, not assumption.
After reading all four documents, the decision was made to focus the entire trial batch on EcoBrush for three reasons:
It is Losano's number one selling fabric with 1,623 total units sold. It is the only fabric with a proven $75 CPA benchmark already on record inside their account. And it has a hook no other fabric can claim, the Showstopper Sculpted Bra sold out completely and had to be reordered, giving us a real urgency story that did not need to be manufactured.
Three hero products were chosen from the EcoBrush range, all backed by real sales data from the playbooks, the Showstopper Sculpted Bra, the Keep You Cool Tank, and the Criss-Cross Pocket Legging. Going deep on three products rather than spreading thin across six or seven meant the media buyers would get real testing data per angle instead of a surface-level scatter approach.

The Creative System

Every ad was built inside one of four ad families identified in the EcoBrush playbook:

Family 1 — Sold Out. Back in Stock. Social proof of demand.

Family 2 — Snug in a Good Way. The physical sensation of EcoBrush. Snug
Family 3 — Gym to Street. The matte finish that does not announce itself

Family 4 — Thick Enough Not to Worry. Full confidence.

The Hooks

The playbooks were used as a foundation, not a script. Behavioral hooks were written independently on top of the brand's own language because specific, scene-painting copy outperforms polished brand lines in a cold audience feed.

Never checked once.
Left the studio. Never changed.
Put it on at 7am. Still on at 3pm.
Every hook followed the brand's non-negotiable rules, product experience always leads, price comes after quality is established, sustainability is never the opening angle.
What Was Delivered
12 static ads across 3 Meta sizes each, 1:1 Feed, 4:5 Feed, and 1.91:1 Horizontal, totalling 36 fully formatted files. Clean versions of every ad with no text overlay were delivered separately for organic social use, bringing the total to 72 files.
Every ad came with a complete, structured copy system, primary text in 5 variations, headlines, descriptions, text overlay options, and CTA options, all structured exactly the way a media buyer needs to load them into Ads Manager. Nothing to rewrite, nothing to reformat.
A testing strategy one-pager was included mapping every creative to a specific angle so the team knew exactly what they were testing and why from day one.
