Project Overview 🚀 I filmed, edited, and published this montage-style reel to promote the gym's mobility classes and educate viewers on their importance in a fighter's development. By showcasing a range of mobility exercises taught throughout different classes, the content highlighted the gym's coaching expertise while positioning mobility as an essential part of performance, recovery, and injury prevention. The reel was designed to raise awareness, provide value, and encourage engagement with the gym's training philosophy. My Role 🚀 Content Strategy Identified mobility as an educational content opportunity Developed the concept around providing value before promotion Structured the reel to capture attention quickly while maintaining viewer engagement throughout Content Production Filmed the mobility session from multiple angles Captured demonstrations of key exercises and coaching moments Focused on clear visuals that made each movement easy to understand Video Editing Edited the footage into a concise, social-first reel Sequenced exercises to create a natural flow Balanced pacing to keep viewers engaged while allowing each movement enough time to be understood Optimized the edit for Instagram's short-form viewing experience Social Media Management Wrote an educational caption explaining why mobility is important, how it benefits fighters, why consistent mobility work improves long-term performance and injury prevention Published the content as part of the gym's ongoing content strategy The Strategy 🚀 The objective of this reel was to increase awareness of the gym's mobility program while demonstrating that mobility training is a fundamental part of athletic development, not an optional add-on. Rather than promoting the class through traditional advertising, the content was designed to let viewers experience the training firsthand. By showcasing a variety of mobility exercises and coaching techniques, the reel highlighted the quality of instruction and the breadth of movements taught across different sessions. Outcome 🚀 This project demonstrates how educational content can be used to drive brand awareness while delivering genuine value to an audience. By showcasing the gym's mobility program in an engaging, easy-to-digest format, the reel helped highlight an often-overlooked aspect of fight training and reinforced the gym's commitment to developing well-rounded athletes. The content served multiple purposes: increasing visibility for the mobility classes, educating both existing and prospective members on their benefits, and strengthening the gym's position as a knowledgeable and performance-driven training community. It also expanded the gym's content mix by balancing promotional posts with educational content that encourages engagement and builds trust with its audience.

Project Overview: Rather than simply documenting the event, this project was designed to build anticipation leading into fight night while celebrating the fighter and the community behind them. The objective was to create a piece that energized the audience, amplified support for the athlete, and showcased the culture of the gym. My Role: Content Production Collated footage captured throughout the fighter's preparation Organized and selected the strongest moments to tell a cohesive story Edited the final video for social media distribution Creative Editing Built momentum through pacing and sequencing Timed cuts to music to heighten emotion Balanced action shots with quieter training moments to create contrast Designed the edit to keep viewers engaged from the opening seconds through the final reveal The Strategy: This wasn't simply a highlight reel. The edit was designed to: Build anticipation ahead of the fight Increase engagement across social media Strengthen the fighter's personal brand Reinforce the gym's identity as a supportive community Create a piece that members felt proud to share Why It Worked: Sports content performs best when audiences feel emotionally connected.

Role: Creative Account Coordinator Project Overview As the Creative Account Coordinator for McDonald's Canada's Deal Drop campaign, I acted as the primary liaison between the client, internal creative teams, and external media partners to ensure a seamless campaign launch across digital platforms. While the campaign creative was developed by the agency's creative team, my role was to oversee the production workflow, maintain quality standards, and coordinate asset delivery to ensure every execution launched accurately and on schedule. My Role I managed the campaign from creative approval through final delivery by: Serving as the primary point of contact between McDonald's Canada and the agency's creative, production, and account teams. Coordinating timelines and deliverables to keep multiple stakeholders aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle. Conducting comprehensive quality assurance (QA) reviews across all creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance before launch. Managing the French translation workflow, ensuring all copy was properly localized and approved to meet bilingual marketing requirements for the Canadian market. Coordinating the delivery of final creative assets to third-party media platforms within launch deadlines. Tracking revisions and approvals to minimize production risks and ensure a smooth rollout. Strategy & Execution Launching a national digital campaign requires more than creative execution—it demands operational precision. My focus was on ensuring every customer touchpoint reflected the McDonald's brand while maintaining consistency across English and French assets. By proactively managing timelines, facilitating communication between teams, and implementing rigorous QA processes, I helped reduce launch risks and ensured the campaign was delivered without delays. This behind-the-scenes coordination allowed the creative team to focus on developing impactful work while giving the client confidence that campaign assets would be delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time. Key Contributions Managed cross-functional communication between client, creative, production, and media partners. Oversaw bilingual content localization to support the Canadian market. Performed detailed QA to maintain brand consistency across all campaign assets. Coordinated on-time asset delivery to third-party publishing platforms. Supported the successful launch of a national integrated marketing campaign through strong project management and stakeholder coordination. Results The campaign successfully supported McDonald's Canada's objective of increasing digital customer engagement through the MyMcDonald's app. As the operational lead responsible for coordinating creative execution, localization, quality assurance, and asset delivery, I helped ensure the campaign launched on time across all required platforms. This operational excellence contributed to a 20% uplift in app usage, demonstrating how strong project management and brand stewardship can directly support measurable marketing outcomes.

SIDE — Every event has more than one side At every concert, trip or major event, the people around you capture moments you completely miss. Different songs, different reactions, different parts of the crowd. Most of it stays buried in separate camera rolls. SIDE brings those moments together, organized around what was happening at the time, so you can experience more than your own view. I started with an idea and used Flowstep to turn it into an 11 screen interactive product. Through MCP, I connected Flowstep with Codex and worked across the experience as one connected system instead of designing isolated screens. From there, I moved the editable designs into Figma, connected the complete file to Replit, and rebuilt SIDE as a working product with real navigation, media selection, invitations, shared memories, contributor switching and public community events. What began as a Flowstep prototype became a complete product journey across Flowstep, MCP, Figma and Replit. Built for the Flowstep Challenge. Many platforms producing accredited continuing professional development (CPD) courses for lawyers (https://www.fortunusmedia.com/cpd-courses) are now actively encouraging AI-assisted content production. At first glance, the results can read as authoritative. However, that surface credibility is actually the crux of the problem. Read to learn why here: https://www.fortunusmedia.com/post/cpd-fluency-trap You’ll also learn how AI-assisted legal CPD actually needs to change to reduce risk, and what a responsible workflow actually looks like.
