✨ Reconnection Through Reflection – Mirror Healing Workshop Recap ✨

Last weekend, I had the honor of returning to facilitate another powerful experience with Women's Health in Women's Hands Community Health Centre — this time, a Mirror Healing workshop. This was my second time working with this incredible nonprofit (the first being our Candle Workshop session earlier this year), and I’m beyond grateful for the continued trust and collaboration.

This workshop wasn’t just about creativity. It was about:

🪞 Seeing ourselves honestly

💬 Releasing old narratives

🎨 Expressing through art + affirmation

💡 Holding space to feel seen, heard, and safe Women shared so openly — from “I haven’t done a craft since I was a child” to “This helped me realize what I’ve been carrying.” The energy in the room was something I won’t forget.
