Many professionals are already using AI tools, but primarily at a surface level — for quick tasks rather than structured thinking.
This leads to:
ongoing cognitive overload
fragmented workflows

underutilization of AI
The gap wasn’t access to AI — it was how to use it effectively within real workflows.

I designed a practical, interactive session focused on real-world application rather than theory.
The workshop included:
Live demonstrations using real leadership scenarios
Structured frameworks for decision-making and planning

weekly planning
communication clarity
workflow organization
Exposure to integrations (email, calendar) to show real-life use
A take-home prompt pack for continued application
