Organizations and programs were experiencing:
cognitive overload during onboarding
inefficient workflows and manual processes
inconsistent participation and engagement
lack of structured systems to support scalability
These challenges led to increased dependency on individuals, reduced efficiency, and limited growth.
🔹 The Approach
I analyzed existing workflows and identified key friction points across onboarding, operations, and program delivery.
From there, I designed structured systems that:
simplified complex processes
improved information flow
reduced reliance on manual intervention
integrated AI where appropriate
Each solution was tailored to the environment and operational needs.

Redesigned onboarding in a multi-floor crisis environment to improve clarity, retention, and staff readiness.

Identified logistical barriers and restructured delivery into a school-based model to improve accessibility and participation.

Implemented AI-supported systems for content planning, grant writing, and operational workflows.
