[Christmas House: Character Brand Seasonal Pop-up] Christmas House: From First Product Line to Full Seasonal Experience βChristmas Houseβ was a seasonal pop-up built to launch a production companyβs first-ever global character product line. Instead of just placing products on shelves, we turned the space into a cozy, story-driven house that made people want to linger, browse, and collect. I led the campaign end-to-end as PM β from concept and customer flow to merchandising and staffing. The activation not only achieved strong daily sales and steady visitor numbers, but also generated enough buzz to secure a sequel proposal for βChristmas House 2.β

[Dream Theater: Insurance Gen Z Pop-up] Making Insurance Feel Like a Dream (Literally) Insurance isnβt the easiest category to make lovable β especially for Gen Z. With βDream Theater,β I joined an insurance brandβs journey to rethink how they show up to younger audiences through an experiential pop-up. Instead of pushing products, we built an immersive space around dreams, goals, and βfuture meβ moments. My role focused on the strategy and storytelling side: understanding Gen Z behavior, mapping the customer journey in the space, and making sure every touchpoint β from leaflets to digital signage β felt cohesive and emotionally grounded. The result? A pop-up that drew consistent foot traffic, triggered social conversations, and was later featured as a standout case of Gen Z-focused brand activation.

[Gen Z Game Pop-up: Lucky Mercenary] A Game-Inspired Pop-up Where Almost Everything Sold Out For a Gen Z-focused game IP, we set out to answer a simple question: βWhat if the world inside the game could be experienced as a real shop?β I led the campaign planning and PM work for the βLucky Mercenaryβ pop-up, where in-game characters and items were translated into limited-edition merchandise. We designed the spatial flow like a real-life quest β from entrance, to display, to checkout β and fans responded immediately: pre-order slots sold out within minutes and daily visitors turned into daily buyers.

[adidas: Instagram + Activations] adidas Korea: Turning Offline Energy into Social Stories For the past few seasons, Iβve been leading social for two adidas Korea Instagram channels β one for performance, one for Originals. My sweet spot is where brand, content, and operations meet: translating global assets and live events into local stories that actually resonate with people in Korea. From marathons and product launches to private community events, I plan how each moment will live online before it happens offline. That means one-take interviews, story formats that fans love to tap through, and wrap-up content that keeps the buzz going long after the event is over. This work has been about more than just posting: itβs about building a system that keeps a global brand human, local, and consistent over time.

This is Dream You AI. This was a mobile consumer app that I was in the midst of creating. This was a marketing experiment, seeing how I could attack the dopamine release and competition in my target market. I wanted to create a self intrigued validation system where people would be ranked, get a score, and share with their friend's. I really wanted to see the role emotion and phycology played into a creation. Dream You scans your body gives you a score rates said photo. Gives tips, and things that look good. It gives data based on a short quiz and goals beforehand. Dream You was going to be a social experiment, trying to see how well a score will change ego and drive.

This is Sub Connect. This platform allowed subcontractors to have their own "Instagram". A main reason in bad contractor reputability is because of the people they higher. This Platform would rank subs via past work and experience as well as location. This allowed contractors to have more confidence in who they higher for jobs. This also fixed a common issue in the industry where things wouldn't get done correctly and or miscommunicated. Sub connect allowed everyone to be in contact easily and efficiently.

This is Golf Vision AI. This was a fun build. I wanted to challenge myself and see if I could create an MVP just from my phone! It turned out pretty well though never made it to outreach. This was a passion project. Golf Vision AI analyzes your swing and gives you real time advice based on AI advancement and expert scraped data.
