I built FlowLancer — My End-to-End Autonomous Freelance AI Agent As a freelancer, I was spending way too many hours on admin work — managing clients, proposals, time tracking, invoicing, and follow-ups. So I created FlowLancer, my custom AI agent in Notion that handles almost all backend operations automatically. Here’s what it does for me: • Processes new client emails and turns them into proper projects + proposals • Creates my daily plan every morning with prioritized tasks • Logs time automatically when I tell it • Tracks project progress and creates next tasks • Prepares invoice drafts when milestones are complete • Sends polite payment reminders • Gives me a full weekly summary every Sunday Now I spend 90% of my time on actual client delivery work instead of operations. 🔗 Agent: FlowLancer (https://www.notion.so/marketplace/custom-agents/flowlancer)

Most AI tools help you write. Designa helps you build. Inside Notion, you can just tag @designa and describe anything: “Freelance manager” “Startup dashboard” “Food delivery app” And it turns that idea into a working system. You get: – Structured databases – Smart workflows – UI ideas + layouts – Even code + flows in FigJam No switching tools. No complex setup. It connects everything in one place and actually makes it usable. This is what a real AI agent looks like. Not just generating content… But turning ideas into systems you can use instantly. 🔗 Agent: Designa (https://www.notion.so/marketplace/custom-agents/designa)

I built AstraOS — Not another basic Notion AI wrapper. AstraOS is a full AI Team living inside Notion with 7 specialist modes that actually work together: • Productivity Coach (Essentialism + GTD) • Strategist (OKRs, Pre-mortems, First Principles) • Content Writer & Social Media Re-worker • Researcher • Personal Assistant • Specialist Colleague (co-founder level feedback) • Advanced Workspace Assistant (auto-creates databases & organizes workspace) The real differentiators: • Smart auto-logging (no more “log this” every time) • Built-in memory via databases • Proper onboarding + personalization • Can combine multiple modes in one response • Everything stays under one clean AstraOS HQ Most custom agents are just fancy prompts. AstraOS feels like a real team member who knows you, remembers your goals, and proactively saves your plans, research & decisions. Built for heavy Notion users who want to 10x their output. 🚀 🔗 Agent: AstraOS (https://www.notion.so/marketplace/custom-agents/astraos) (pending review)

I built Designa — an AI agent that turns raw ideas into full product systems. Just type anywhere in Notion using @Designa — even messy or rough input — and it generates UX, FigJam diagrams, and UI instantly. → Idea → UX → Diagram → UI → Works with unstructured input → Reusable across any workflow 🎥 Demo below 👇 🔗 Agent: Designa (https://www.notion.so/marketplace/custom-agents/designa) (pending review)

Datahut Website Redesign When I started working on the Datahut website, the goal was simple: make complex information feel effortless. The existing content was valuable, but it needed better structure, clarity, and breathing space to truly shine. I redesigned the website with a clean, white-themed visual system, focusing on simplifying layouts, improving hierarchy, and creating a smoother flow between sections. Every page was carefully structured to guide users naturally through the product story, making it easier to understand what Datahut offers and why it matters. The final design feels lighter, clearer, and more confident — helping users navigate faster, absorb information easily, and experience a more polished, modern brand presence. Tools used: Figma, Framer

For the past few weeks, I focused on building a scalable design system in Figma — something I wished I had when I started designing. Today, I’m proud to share it with the community: 🔗 Design System Link (https://www.figma.com/community/file/1609516413036972257/design-system)It includes: ✨ Component variants 🎨 Global styles 📂 Organized design tokens ⚙️ Auto-layout components Whether you’re designing SaaS products, dashboards, or web apps — I hope this helps streamline your workflow! Feedback & thoughts are welcome! 👇

Here's our submission for the #flowstepchallenge : "Let me cook" - app that turns following a recipe into a game you play one step at a time. We made this for people who are short on time, energy, and confidence with cooking, and a little sick of takeout. The idea is simple: You cook one dish, step by step, and get scored as you go. Not on speed, but on timing and presence. The bonus part we built here : One doesn't cook from a shopping list. Just point the camera at whatever's already in the fridge, be it two eggs, an onion, some leftover rice and the app builds a dish around that! It works from what one have, not what one needs to go buy. Which is exactly how (from personal experience) one actually stands in the kitchen at 8pm wondering what to make. We had a lot of fun bringing this idea to life on the Flowstep AI builder. Our workflow started with stress-testing the idea in Claude, prompting in Flowstep, refining in Figma and deploying a testable MVP! We deployed the MVP via Expo Go to test on mobile phones. See below, the app walkthrough and also us testing it on a phone to see how it works! The test resulted in a successful dish too. 🔥 Would love to know your thoughts on this project! Should we deploy this for testing further? 👀

We've always believed weekends deserve better than endless scrolling and the same old plans. So we built OUTTed : a curated guide to experiences worth stepping out for. From hidden gems to community events, it's designed to help people discover curated experiences, make genuine connections, and have weekends they'll actually look forward to. We dove deep into Squarespace's new Finish Layer tools as well. We used Block Animations to create subtle, polished reveals, Block Transforms to add depth and rhythm to the layouts, Stacks to keep everything responsive across screen sizes, these features helped us quite a bit to push the design beyond a typical website builder and create something that felt much more bespoke! Submission link: https://dahlia-soybean-38tf.squarespace.com Password: 12345678 Really happy with how this one turned out, and excited to submit it to the Squarespace Make It Real Challenge. Looking forward to more such challenges, and signed up as a Circle partner with Squarespace Circle!

For the Base44 challenge, we chose a sweet little coffee roastery in our city, that has been supplying the city with coffee for 54 years: Kumardhara Coffee. As iconic and essential as this business has been to fuelling the city's coffee demand, its online presence didn't do justice to its expertise, its rich selection of the finest beans, or the incredible story of the people behind it. A 54-year legacy this rich deserved to be discovered, not stumbled upon. Which is precisely why we chose Kumardhara Coffee. Current website: https://www.kumaradharacoffee.com/ (https://www.kumaradharacoffee.com/)What we built using Base44: https://kumardhara-coffee-experience.base44.app (https://kumardhara-coffee-experience.base44.app)Check out our video below! 👇 Our build approach🔨 • We designed the landing page to unravel the full Kumardhara experience through micro-animations and added small moments of delight that mirror the care that goes into every roast. • The layout, visual style, and image composition were crafted in Base44 through a detailed PRD alongside the finalized assets. • Framer Motion, built directly within Base44, powered the subtle interactions woven throughout the site. How we used Agents in Base44🤓 Coffee can be intimidating for newcomers, so we built an experience to guide them in. Our "Coffee Brewmaster" agent helps people discover their taste, then points them toward the right beans and brew method, thus turning a moment of hesitation into a confident first cup. The automation we included⚙️ We also opened a window into the roastery's community. Through the new site, users can discover upcoming coffee experiences, events, and workshops hosted at the micro-roastery and also book to attend them, all directly through the site! The result💡 An online home that finally matches the craft in the cup: a landing page that carries Kumardhara's 54 years of expertise, welcomes newcomers as warmly as regulars, and gives a beloved local roastery the digital presence it has always deserved. Our next step🚀 From here, we want to bring the work full circle and present the site to the Kumardhara team, turning this challenge build into a lasting home for their brand online.
