My job was to make this messy, multi-source process feel calm, navigable, and sharp for people who are already juggling 10 deals at once.

Designed a clean, minimal interface that respected mental load (no visual clutter, no over-design)

Built a dashboard system that surfaces: → Active deals, → Ongoing tasks, → Recent changes, → AI suggestions

Created scalable UI components for deal notes, updates, tasks, document trails, and team mentions

Defined states, empty flows, placeholder logic, permissions, microcopy, and layout rules for dev handoff
