CSEnaukri approached us with an ambitious vision and a simple napkin sketch—a job portal tailored for the competitive IAS recruitment landscape.
Within 90 days, we transformed this concept into a scalable MVP, delivering 180+ meticulously designed screens, 800+ reusable components, and robust features like advanced search and filtering, application tracking, and bulk messaging.
By conducting in-depth competitor research, working closely with stakeholders, and designing for scalability, we crafted a seamless user experience optimized for mobile. This effort was underpinned by detailed documentation, ensuring a smooth developer handoff and setting the stage for future growth.
