Brand & packaging designer for cosmetic & lifestyle brands

What would happen if a modern skincare product had to communicate without the visual language we associate with beauty today? Instead, I went back to Art Nouveau, where typography, illustration, architecture, and ornament were treated as one visual system. The subject actually felt surprisingly natural for the era. Art Nouveau was heavily inspired by nature, craftsmanship, beauty, and organic forms, all ideas that still show up constantly in skincare branding today. One rule I refused to break: the decoration had to belong to the composition. It couldn't just be added on top to make something “look vintage.” So... what modern product would you love to see reimagined in another design era? 👀

Why do half the skincare and fashion brands launching this year look like they share the same designer? Serif logotype, tight tracking, one accent color. ✅ It reads as elevated the first time. By the twentieth brand, it reads as a template, not a decision. Safe typography isn't neutral, it's a choice too, sometimes one that avoids taking a position 🤭. So I designed a set of mockups with custom letterforms built to argue the opposite: type with weight, texture, and enough attitude to hold its ground on a shelf full of quiet logos. 💅 What's the last fashion or skincare brand whose type actually made you stop scrolling?

Do you want to generate consistent, eye catching images and mockups like these for your wellness or cosmetic industry clients? I’ve been creating AI-generated packaging and lifestyle imagery, and I recently made a few updates to my Brand Image Prompt Kit for Skincare Brands. If you’re tired of getting random results that look nothing like your brand or are inconsistent, this product ✨ will help ✨ Includes 4 core prompt scenarios, and 20+ ready to use images. 🔗 Brand Image Prompt Kit (https://contra.com/products/jStCKO3s-brand-image-prompt-kit-for-skincare-brands?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

LIVV has six new people. Sort of. Most of our internal work already runs through agents. One reviews design. One builds. One listens to what the market is actually saying. One questions the idea. One explains it. One asks whether any of it makes money. They had no faces, no names, and no reason to exist outside our internal systems. So we gave them all three. The Eye decides what’s worth looking at. The Hand builds. The Mouth explains it. The Brain decides whether the idea actually holds up. Elías listens. The Pulse asks the uncomfortable question at the end of a nice presentation: Does any of this actually matter for the business? This is one of our first experiments with them. Right now, we're testing how they work as a presentation format — turning the way LIVV thinks, designs and builds into something you can actually watch. Next, we want to go further. Instead of making them explain LIVV from a studio, we're going to put them to work. Meetings. Bad ideas. Client feedback. Design reviews. Experiments. Arguments. Things breaking. Things working unexpectedly well. Basically: the everyday life of a slightly strange office. Except the office is partly run by agents. And through those stories, we'll show the things LIVV actually does — design, development, automation, AI, growth and whatever we decide to build next. But we're still figuring this out. So tell us what feels wrong. What feels forced. Who you'd change. What you'd want to see them do. And, most importantly: Who is this team still missing? If the idea is good enough, we'll build them.

Threw a few reference images into ChatGPT, reverse-engineered the prompt, dropped it into Seedance 2.5. This came out in one go. No crew, no studio, no long production cycle. Just the tools that exist right now and a clear idea of the flow. It’s still a test, but the distance between “I have something in my head” and “I can show it properly” keeps getting shorter.
