Cover image for A practical demonstration of AI-powered
A practical demonstration of AI-powered shot extension: expanding an existing live-action frame with generated environment and lighting to create additional coverage without a reshoot. The process combines AI generative extension, VFX compositing in After Effects, and color/light matching in DaVinci Resolve to blend the new elements seamlessly with the original footage. Useful for filmmakers who need extra angles, background depth, or continuity shots after principal photography has wrapped — without the cost of an additional shoot day.

Cover image for This project demonstrates how AI-generated
This project demonstrates how AI-generated cinematic shots can be seamlessly integrated into live-action footage using professional VFX and compositing techniques. The workflow includes AI-assisted generation, After Effects compositing, camera and lighting continuity, color matching, and DCI 4K finishing. Designed for independent productions, this approach creates missing shots, cinematic transitions, and complex VFX sequences while preserving visual continuity and reducing production costs.
