Matching: CMS fields, categories, tags, images.
URLs and 301 redirects to keep the SEO.
Internal links updated.
Blog design: Figma, then Webflow
Collection page and article page: designed in Figma, built on CMS templates.
Finsweet: filters, load more, search, automatic table of contents.
🤖 Flow 2
AI content pipeline
Source: a YouTube link (new podcast episode or webinar) or a HubSpot PDF guide, pasted into Dust.
Ideas agent: several scored article ideas per source, with keywords and internal links, saved in Notion.
Human check: the team keeps or drops each idea.
Writer agent: runs every day, writes the selected articles and calls an image sub-agent. Drafts go to Notion.
Human check: edit, then schedule.
📅 Flow 3
Scheduling and publishing
One Notion database: views, status, publication date.
Calendar agent: runs every week, updates the calendar (seasonality, topic mix) and sends Slack alerts when articles run short. It answers questions on Slack.
Make scenario: fetches the image from Dust, publishes in the Webflow CMS, posts the link on Slack.
Flow 4
Agents that know the site
Site watch agent: captures the new pages of the site, with their angle and keywords.
Shared skills: content standard, SEO keywords, internal links and CTA, brand tone of voice.
Why: an AI has to be guided, with strong guardrails on legal data.
