I built a design system for the decks of the go-to-market and C-level teams (~30 people). It feeds two ways to rebrand a deck: Claude Design, or a Google Slides add-on that runs AI agents.
Worklife is an employee benefits fintech start-up (Crédit Agricole group).
🧩 Stack
Claude: the deck analysis and the design system
Google Slides add-on in Apps Script
Dust: agents for the rebranding steps
📐 Flow 1
From a corpus of decks to one design system
Deck analysis with Claude: recurring patterns across the existing decks.
Design arbitration: what becomes standard (for example, is a 5 px border radius still part of the brand?).
Output: a design system and PPT templates, usable in Claude Design.
The same analysis feeds the Dust agents of the add-on.
🪄 Flow 2
Rebrand a deck in one click
Two entry points: Claude Design, or the Google Slides add-on, on the whole deck or on selected slides.
Apps Script sends the slides as JSON, with the images, to 4 Dust agents in cascade.
Analysis agent: lists the gaps with the brand guidelines.
Prescription agent: says what has to change.
Image step: edits the images to match the brand.
Filling agent: sends everything back to Apps Script, which adds the rebranded slides after the originals.
Result: about 20 hours a month saved for the design team.

Deck design system built from a corpus of decks for brand consistency, then a Google Slides add-on where AI agents in cascade rebrand a deck or selected slides.
