  • How long does the entire process take?

    The process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity, feedback timelines, and the number of revisions required. We’ll establish a clear timeline during the discovery phase to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • What happens if I don’t like the logo concepts presented?

    Our process is highly collaborative, ensuring we align with your vision through discovery, moodboards, and feedback. If none of the initial logo concepts resonate, we’ll revisit your preferences and create new directions. This rarely happens due to the thorough groundwork we lay in the early stages.

  • What is included in the Brand Guidelines?

    The Brand Guidelines provide a roadmap for maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. It includes: (a) Logo usage rules (spacing, sizing, and placement) (b) Colour palette codes (RGB, HEX, CMYK, and Pantone if applicable) (c) Typography recommendations (d) Examples of logo applications (print, digital, social media, etc.)

  • Can I request additional assets beyond what’s included in the package?

    Yes, absolutely! If you need extra deliverables, such as additional social media templates, we can provide them for an additional fee. Let us know your needs during the discovery phase, and we’ll tailor a solution for you.

  • Will I own the rights to the logo and designs?

    Yes! Once the final payment is made, you will receive full ownership of the logo and all accompanying designs. You are free to use them across all platforms and materials without any restrictions.

  • Typeface & Colour Palette Exploration

    We explore and select appropriate typefaces, colour combinations, and logo variations to complement your brand identity.

  • Identity Presentation

    A detailed presentation of the logo options, colour palette, typography, and mockups to illustrate how the brand will appear across various applications.

  • Receive Feedback & Provide Revisions

    Up to 3 rounds of revisions on the selected logo design to fine-tune it based on your feedback.

  • Finalize Deliverables

    All final assets, including logos and brand guidelines, are prepared and shared for your use.

  • File Handoff
