Step 1 (Discovery) - Session (Call, Video-Call, Mail or Questionnaire, or In-Person Meeting) - Project Enquiry Brief provided (Solicit for Information, Clarify Pain-Points, Uncover Goals and Objectives, and Set Project Scope) Step 2 (Strategy/Alignment) - Internal Audit, and Research (Recaps of Project Enquiry Brief Responses + Findings) Step 3 (Explorations) - Moodboarding, Multiple Sketches and Concepting Step 4 (Identity Development) - Test, and Refine Several Iterations of Possible Logo Directions (3 Prepped, for Presentation and Feedback) - Explore Appropriate Typefaces + Combinations, Colour Palette, and Logo Variations Step 5 (Project Handoff) - Receive Feedback and Provide Revisions (if any) - Finalize all Deliverables and Formats for Handoff (via WeTransfer Zip file, Google Drive or Dropbox Link)

How long does the process take?
This service typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the project scope and the responsiveness during the feedback process. A detailed timeline will be shared after the discovery phase.
What if I want additional deliverables not listed in the package?
We’re happy to create additional assets for an extra fee. Let us know your needs during the discovery phase, and we’ll provide a customized quote.
Will I receive editable files for the social media templates and pitch deck?
Absolutely! All templates will be provided in editable formats, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word Document or Canva, allowing you to make updates as needed.
How will the final files be delivered?
All final files will be delivered in a well-organized zip folder via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox, depending on your preference. This includes all required formats, guidelines, and templates for seamless implementation.
