Pentagranm is a social mobile application in production for iOS and Android that brings together a feed, reels, stories, chat, user profiles and music in one place. Building on an existing product with an active user base, the project extended the app with a new round of features centred on video, stability and native live streaming, rather than rebuilding it.

Built with FlutterFlow and Firebase, the work introduced a vertical, full-screen video experience in the style of short-form video, with autoplay, looping, likes, threaded comments in a sheet that opens over the video without stopping playback, and sharing built into playback. Videos are compressed on the device before upload, with automatic cover frames and retention policies on stored files. Share links take people to the original post, reel or live stream, even after installing the app, a required-update screen controlled through remote configuration directs outdated versions to the App Store or Google Play, and the highest-volume crash errors reported in Crashlytics were resolved.

On the live side, the project integrated Agora.io for native live streaming, covering broadcast setup, the host and viewer experiences, live chat and reactions, live discovery in the feed and on profiles, and recorded replays. Cloud Functions issue secure streaming tokens so they are never embedded in the app, the video player and live streaming screens were built in custom code, and restreaming to external platforms such as YouTube, Facebook or Twitch is planned as a next phase, once live streaming is validated.
