Invoice Email Automation for Flow and Finance Operations

R'Difusion needed to reduce repetitive finance and operations work around invoices received by email. The team was manually reviewing invoices, extracting data, and preparing information for Flow and related finance workflows.

We built an invoice automation workflow that reads incoming invoice emails, extracts key invoice and product data, generates the required Excel structure, and adds traceability so the team can see what was processed, what is pending, and where to find the original email if something needs review.

The workflow was designed with a practical validation layer: when a product or field cannot be detected confidently, the automation can complete the rest of the information and leave the specific field for manual completion.
