Laboratorios Ximart needed to automate a complex order intake workflow. Orders arrived by email in multiple formats, including PDFs, Amazon orders, Excel files, images, and other documents. Each order had to be interpreted, structured, validated, and prepared for entry into ABAS.

We designed an automation workflow that reads incoming order emails, extracts the relevant order data, generates an Excel file for human validation, and keeps traceability over processed and pending emails. The ERP step was planned to support either ABAS API integration or an import-based workflow, depending on the most efficient implementation route.

The result is a controlled automation flow where AI handles repetitive extraction and structuring work, while the team keeps validation control before ERP entry. This creates a more reliable order preparation process and reduces manual effort in moving order information toward ABAS.
