Email-to-ERP Order Automation for ABAS-Based Operations
Laboratorios Ximart needed to automate a complex order intake workflow. Orders arrived by email in multiple formats, including PDFs, Amazon orders, Excel files, images, and other documents. Each order had to be interpreted, structured, validated, and eventually moved into ABAS.
We designed an automation workflow that reads incoming order emails, extracts the relevant order data, generates an Excel file for human validation, and keeps traceability over which emails were processed and which still need attention. The ERP step was designed to support either ABAS API integration or an import workflow, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective route.
The result is a controlled automation flow: AI handles the repetitive extraction and structuring work, while the team keeps validation control before ERP entry.
