Neomedic International needed to reduce the manual work involved in processing orders received by email. Orders followed similar structures but still required review, field extraction, validation, and preparation before being moved into the ERP workflow.

We designed an automation that reads incoming order emails, captures the relevant fields, structures the data in Excel for validation, and supports the next step toward ERP entry or integration. The workflow also connects with the operational knowledge base and shared documentation used by the team.

The approach keeps the team in control through validation while removing repetitive data preparation work.
