AI Reception Assistant for Transport Check-In

Viokox identified reception and logistics check-in as a high-friction process. Carriers and suppliers arriving to load or unload needed to provide data manually at reception, receive dock instructions, and coordinate arrival slots, often with language barriers.

We implemented Marta as an AI reception assistant for the transport check-in workflow. The assistant was designed to collect the required check-in information, guide drivers or suppliers, answer location questions through a knowledge base, schedule loading/unloading slots, and keep the information structured in Excel for the team.

The solution was designed around the real operational flow: carriers arrive, provide required data, receive instructions, and the internal team has the information ready before the truck reaches the dock.
