AI Voice and WhatsApp Assistant for Salon Appointment Operations

R'Difusion needed a better way to manage customer communication across salons and office operations. Phone calls could interrupt treatments, after-hours inquiries could be missed, and the team wanted a way to connect voice and WhatsApp without losing context.
We designed Marta as a voice and WhatsApp assistant for appointment and customer communication workflows. The assistant can answer conversationally, check availability across centers, support appointment booking, maintain context between phone and WhatsApp, escalate sensitive cases to humans, and leave pending cases for the team when needed.
The assistant was also designed to support commercial use cases, such as recommending haircare products and sharing purchase links based on customer needs. A dashboard gives the team visibility into calls, WhatsApp conversations, metrics, and operational activity.
