Core Fusta needed a cleaner and more reliable way to manage invoices arriving by email. The existing process required manually downloading, reviewing, and filing documents by provider, which created repetitive administrative work and made it harder to keep finance files consistently structured.

We built an automation workflow that processes incoming invoice emails and organizes the resulting documents in Google Drive by provider and business criteria. The system was designed to reduce manual handling, improve document organization, and make invoice files easier to retrieve when needed.
