Invoice Email Automation and Google Drive Organization
Core Fusta needed a cleaner way to handle invoices arriving by email. Manually downloading, reviewing, and filing documents by provider created repetitive work and made it harder to keep finance files structured.
We built an automation workflow that processes invoice emails and organizes the resulting documents in Google Drive by provider and the required business criterion.
The result is a cleaner document management process, with invoice files stored in the right place and easier to retrieve when needed.
