InmoPay: FlutterFlow Web Platform for Real Estate Commission

InmoPay is a real estate FinTech platform designed to help agents and agencies access their commissions faster, without having to wait until the final notarial closing of a property transaction. The platform allows real estate professionals to request an advance of up to 90% of their commission from the moment the earnest money contract is signed, through a fully digital process with an average response time of 24 hours.

Built with FlutterFlow, the platform centralizes the management of real estate commission advance requests, including user registration, profile completion, operation submission, documentation upload, approval workflows, and final settlement once the transaction is completed. The process is designed around a clear operational flow: register, request the advance, upload documents such as the earnest money contract, assignment note and IBAN, receive approval, obtain the commission advance, and close the operation once the sale is formalized.

The project also integrates key business systems around the platform’s operational workflow, including payment systems, accounting tools such as Holded, and commercial CRM processes. This allows InmoPay to go beyond a simple user-facing form and operate as a complete digital infrastructure for managing financial advances, internal validation, documentation, commercial tracking, and payment coordination in the real estate sector.

Product Definition & UX Strategy: Structured the platform around the real workflow of real estate commission advances, from operation submission to payment and settlement.

FlutterFlow Web Platform Development: Built the web platform using FlutterFlow, including user flows, internal logic, screens, forms, and operational workflows.

Real Estate Operation Management: Implemented flows to manage property transactions, commission advance requests, documentation, approval status, and operation tracking.

Document Upload & Validation Flow: Created the structure for uploading and reviewing required documents such as the earnest money contract, assignment note, and bank account information.

Payment System Integration: Connected the platform logic with payment processes, including integration with Unnax to support commission advance operations.

Accounting Integration: Integrated operational and payment data with Holded to support accounting, invoicing, and financial management.

Commercial CRM Workflow: Connected the platform with CRM logic to manage leads, agents, agencies, commercial tracking, and follow-up processes.

Internal Admin & Approval Logic: Designed internal workflows for reviewing requests, validating operations, approving advances, and managing the status of each case.

User Account & Profile System: Implemented user registration, profile completion, and agency/user data management.

Scalable Platform Architecture: Structured the product to support more agents, agencies, simultaneous commission advances, and future automation improvements.

Testing & Optimization: Reviewed the platform flows to improve usability, reliability, loading states, and consistency across the user and admin experience.
