AI Voice and WhatsApp Assistants for Boutique Optical Appointments and Contact Lens Sales

La Gaferia is a boutique optical store in Madrid where customer service and personal attention are central to the brand. At the same time, appointment management and recurring contact lens orders created repetitive operational work for the team, especially through WhatsApp and manual follow-up.
We designed a two-agent AI solution. The first assistant, Marta, manages appointment-related interactions through WhatsApp and voice channels: booking, availability checks, modifications, cancellations, confirmations, opening hours, location, services, visual exam information, and basic questions about brands, collections, and contact lenses.
The second assistant focuses on contact lens sales. It supports recurring orders, identifies the customer, collects the required order information, answers frequent lens questions, and can generate quote documents while keeping the existing BBVA payment process in the first phase.
