Fundacion Acavall needed to move from an Excel-based agenda to a centralized digital system. The team wanted better coordination across professionals, centers, sessions, reservations, participants, hours, and impact reporting.

We designed a web-based agenda platform with real-time visibility into the foundation's activity. The platform was planned around centralized calendar views, session management by center/month/therapist, therapist check-in and check-out, participant records, historical reporting, and impact KPIs.

The project also focused on operational coordination: reducing manual administration, helping teams understand resource use, and giving the foundation clearer data around hours, reservations, funds, participation, and social impact.
